Experienced in Negotiations and Arbitration
Ms. Ford has negotiated both individual company agreements and area-wide agreements. Ford & Associates, LLC has also frequently represented parties in union grievance and arbitration procedures. Ms. Ford served as an arbitrator on the arbitration panel for the Carpenters and Laborers Union for the Northern California Region.
